This page shows the plan details of the chosen plan. How much the monthly plan would be as well as the yearly payment and doctor visits.
After a patient enrolls in a plan they are prompted with the question of are they sure.
This design shows that the patient is good to go and have successfully chosen a health plan that meets their needs.
